English legal law has been spread to many countries including Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. English law has an evolving history from Anglo-Saxons which survived until 1925. Judicial precedents are unique features of the English law where the court forms a binding of law to be used in future. English legal system constitutes of common law, legislation, and other legal norms established by the parliament and the judiciary. The statutory law becomes commonest since the seventh century. English law is based on customs and social traditions. Criminal justice systems and other legal rules which are applied in the US originated from England. Criminal law can take legal action against the person who has committed a criminal offense. The Civil law relates to the guidelines set in common law. The legal system is divided into criminal and civil. Civil law deals with human rights and duties of people to each other. Civil law applies in the law of agreement. Lawbreakers can be prosecuted and if found guilty can be fined or sent to prison. To understand English law well, one is supposed to create enough time and have interest. Procedural laws contain law that shows how government proceeds are suspected of committing a crime against an individual.
