Equity normally stretches all areas of the law. Equity simply means fairness. Equity is most important part of the legal system, though most working in this area also deals with trust law. Trust law is a law which regulates the trust between two people, these include the way the charity runs or the way money is Beneficiaries and trustees have a different interest in the same property. The trust lawtrust law helps in separation of the control of the property. Duties of the trustees are to invest trust fund and creating profit. Trust money used to buy a property have spilled ownership. Trustees in another word can be described as nominal owners. If the trustee dies the trust continues as a personal representative but if the trust dies, the creditors are not in a place to claim the trust property. Capacity, certainty, formality, and constitution are the elements in which trust is built.
