Sponsored business visitor (short stay) visa (subclass 459) no longer accept the new applications. The visa was meant for the business people who intended to travel to Australia for short business visits and not to work In Australia. You could only be eligible for Sponsored business visitor (short stay) visa (subclass 459) if you were intending to travel to Australia for short business visit and you were sponsored. Once the visa expires you were not in a place to apply for your visa to be extended. The visa allowed you to enter Australia for a minimum of 3 months if you were granted a single visa and 3 months in every visit if you were granted a visa of more than one visit. The visa does not allow you to work. If your visa included no further stay condition, you could not be allowed to apply for other visas while still in Australia. You are required to follow the visa conditions and Australian laws. You were not required to do activities and do any work that can be done by the Australian citizen. This visa does not allow your partner or spouse are not allowed to work in Australia. You and your family members were required to leave Australia before the visa expired.
