Kanye West tickets can be bought or sold online at StubHub.com. Since releasing his debut album in 2004, Kanye West has become one of the biggest names in hip-hop, with his records rising to the top of the charts and staying planted there for weeks on end. His work is some of the most highly anticipated in the industry, and his rhyme spitting is revered by many up and coming hip-hop stars. West grew up in Chicago, and early on displayed a talent for rap that would serve him well later in life. He eventually found his way to Roc-a-Fella, where he worked as a producer, and made a name for himself with Jay-Z’s Blueprint album in 2001. Blending samples into the beats, West stood out from many other producers who were big at the time, and developed his own signature sound that would help make him a distinctive hip-hop star. College Dropout, his 2004 debut, prompted much raving from the press, and for good reason. Kayne received 10 nominations at the Grammy Awards that year, and ranked number one on Billboard’s Top R&B Hip-Hop Albums chart. It was truly a welcoming reception, and West—not a terribly modest pop star, if you follow the news—has lapped it up. He appeared on magazine covers, spoke out against homophobia in hip-hop, and betrayed a stunning knowledge of Versache and Louis Vuitton products. He was certainly a far cry from much of his competition, and standing out from the crowd undoubtedly alienated some rap listeners as well. Then there was Kanye’s mouth, which is constantly giving him trouble. He’s a press machine, as America realized when he stood next to an awkward, sweating Mike Meyers during a Hurricane Katrina fundraising event and said that "George Bush doesn’t like black people." Various tiffs with other celebrities have cropped up since then. At the Bonnaroo Music Festival this year, his show was infamously late, and when he finally hit the stage, West was pelted with glowsticks by angry fans. The ensuing screed against angry fans that was posted on his blog was written largely in all-caps with a plethora of exclamation points. Impassioned, West was reportedly "typing so fucking hard I might break my f***ing Mac book Air!!!!!!!!" West has definitely captivated new hip-hop audiences with his music and extravagant personality, and it’s easy to see why Kanye West tickets are such hot sellers these days.
