This is the easiest diet when it come to actual rules. You can eat what you want and as much as you want. If it is greasy burgers or birthday cake you like, you're allowed to have it. There are no restrictions on the food you eat, only the times in which you eat it. You basically have a 24 hour block of time to eat what you want. The next 24 hour block of time is your fast, where you can only have water. Seems a little harsh, but you get used to it very quickly. Since you can use intermittent fasting to lose weight, you will probably be wondering if it is a natural way to do things. Well, if you look at the hunter and gatherers of past humans, it seems highly probable. Man was forced to hunt and if something was caught it had to be eaten. There was no refrigeration, so it was eaten or wasted. If they didn't catch anything, they'd just have to go without.
