Monster Hunter Freedom Unite The latest franchise of Monster Hunter for PlayStation Portable is Monster Hunter Freedom Unite. This one is an expansion to the original Monster Hunter Freedom. The game released as a Monster Hunter Freedom Unite was announced in the 2008 Tokyo Game Show and date was set as spring 2009. The US demo was in the store one week before it was released in EU. Capcom has announced the PSP bundle release in Europe. A press release at Capsom’s European Website stated that the bundle will contain a specially designed Monster Hunter branded PSP skin and pouch along with a copy of the game. In Japan, there’s going to be a very special edition PSP bundle. The bundle will include the game, two pouches of different sizes, a strap, and a decorated bronze/brown PSP. That’s not the end if you pre-ordered the game you will also receive a black, hairy strap. The hair on the strap was meant to be that of a monster exclusive to the game - the Naruga Karuga. New features: The third installment of the Monster Hunter series for PSP going to have more missions, equipments and monsters than the previous title (Monster Hunter Freedom 2). You are going to have a felyne fighter to help you fight monsters. This one promised to be one of the PSP’s biggest and longest title to date, technically speaking game will never ends. The armor settings have been changed; you can have 10 armor and weapons. You can now hold up to 99 of each item type in your box, up to 20 equipments sets can be stored, equipment pages increased from 6 to 8, and their is a possibility to extend it to 10 and among many others is the felyne hunting. In released demo Marathon Quest was introduced and it was kept as a new type of quest in game. In Marathon Quest you have to take one by one up to 4 either of the same or different monsters.
