All your new distributors that join your ganoderma organo gold coffee network marketing business need to know all the steps of your duplicatable system in sequence and what is involved in each step in detail. You as the sponsor need to have written a procedure manual for the duplication system which every distributor in your organization needs to get whether it be in physical form or electronically. For the duplicatable system to work it has to be adhered to in this very strict manner otherwise it will collapse and your organization will collapse. They are not permitted to make a change in their own organization without informing you first to include it in your main duplicatable system that you have created. Many people in your organization will not like this rigid strict and virtually inflexible way of adopting and applying a duplicatable system but it is the only way to ensure success of your network. It is an extremely effective and efficient way of communicating with everybody in your organization in the shortest way possible. You also need to teach your new distributor to become independent of you as their sponsor as quickly as possible and work their business within your organization by themselves effectively and efficiently.
