Memorable Quote 1: Seriously? I'm really naked?
Memorable Quote 2: There is nothing wrong with being attracted to midgets.
Author Comment / Biography: Eclipse Marketing Systems is owned and was founded by Columbus, GA native, Ryan Hamner in 2003.
At a very early age, Ryan Hamner had a talent for marketing. An "outside the box" style that was at times considered quite a bit different than the status quo...to say the very least.
For example, when he was just a small child, he thought, "Hey, when I grow up, I will have an underwear company since everyone needs underwear!"...or the time when he wanted to monopolize the lemonade stand market in his neighborhood. He thought, "What can I do to crush the competition? All these kids are selling lemonade!"...BUT, not all of the kids had the insight to see how their business could be taken to the next level and forever changed with the help of..."The Dancing Yellow Chicken!" (Yea!..."The Dancing Yellow Chicken!")
So to gain control and market share in such a cut-throat industry like the lemonade business in his neighborhood, he convinced his best friend that dressing up in a yellow chicken suit and dancing in front of the stand would be a crucial piece of the puzzle. There was just no other way!
Crazy? Yes! Laughable? Yes!...but did the plan work, gain exposure, attention and sell lemonade?...Oh yes!
It's now 2011, Ryan's goals are different. He gave up his dream of creating his underwear empire and even retired the yellow chicken costume. Now he focuses on helping small business' through website design, graphic design, online marketing and social media marketing.
The approach isn't to follow exactly what everyone else is doing, but to discover new ways of gaining exposure online and turning visitors to websites into customers!
Ryan is a graduate of Columbus State University with a degree in Computer Information Systems Management. He worked at TSYS for three and a half years as a business analyst and a front end designer/web designer.
Over the years Ryan has been a part of many different types of projects. From partnering with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia to write and illustrate a book for children with cancer entitled, "You'll Be All Right, Buddy!", to partnering with HopeLab, makers of the video game ReMission (a game for young people with cancer), on his "Hear the Heart" tour where Ryan sang, performed and spoke to cancer survivor's and their families all across the South and Southeast.
Not only can Eclipse Marketing Systems design a user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing and solid website for you, but we can show you exactly how to get traffic to your website and/or business using methods you may have never considered.
