FreshStart Living is a property investment company specialising in affordable accommodation throughout the UK.
FreshStart Living was set up in February 2009 to provide affordable private market housing solutions specialising in property investment with below market value property. Much of our work to date has focussed on comprehensive refurbishment of former local authority tower blocks and we are moving forward with proposals for affordable new build housing that will meet the environmental performance standards of The Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3.
We regularly update our blog with loads of articles, news and features aimed towards professionals in the property market, or any one interested in keeping up to date with property market changes.
