Author Comment / Biography: After qualifying as a lawyer in his native Egypt within the field of criminal and public law, Mr Elhais has practiced as a Legal Consultant in Dubai since 2005.
Working exclusively with Al Rowaad Advocates & Legal Consultancy, Mr. Elhais is an effective leader of the company, the spokesperson and driving force. Hassan has a strong ethical stance with regards to the place of the law firm and its work on behalf of its clients, from clarity on the legal processes through to the fee system.
Specialising in the drafting of all statements of claim, memos and consultation on litigation of all manner, Mr. Elhais has worked his way through the ranks of Al Rowaad Advocates from joining as a legal advisor to his current role as Senior Partner at Al Rowaad Advocates & Legal Consultancy.
He has drafted and supervised drafting in more than 5000 cases in all areas of law over the past decade.
Mr. Elhais has attended various international and European conferences in France, Germany, Czech Republic and Hong Kong as a guest speaker on topics as varied as real estate, business administration and professional issues.
He has a training session from England Bar Association on how to manage a successful law firm.
Mr. Elhais obtained a diploma in Private Law which includes Shariah Laws, Philosophy of Laws, Trials of Law, Commercial Law and Civil Law.
