And how about Wines? Morellino di Scansano - has warm and slightly tannic aroma or the Brunello di Montalcino - a red wine with a characteristic and intense aroma, for composite dishes such as red meats; Carmignano - a fruity, full-bodied, soft red wine produced in Tuscany; Chianti, with a dry, harmonious and savory taste; Parrina - white, rosé or red, it's an excellent wine produced in Grosseto; Vino Nobile di Montepulciano (or Montepulciano Noble Wine) is one of the oldest wines of Italy and has a balanced and persistent taste.
