your on the road and you dont notice that your speeding especially with the new model cars that run so smoothly! or you may be late for work and you decided to take a chance to go above the speed limit!.their are many excuses you can say to yourself to go faster than the law allows but! There are also ways to avoid making the wrong choices while driving. Most of the time this doesn't actually require learning a new skill, but rather un-learning bad driving habits. Lets start at the beginning of the process of how to beat a speeding ticket, when your pulled over.don`t panic!! remain calm and be cooperative to the officer make sure you answer all his questions.make sure you have all your paperwork up to date ( drivers licence,car registration,and proof of insurance) the officer may give you a chance to explain your side of the story so remember to be truthful! also remember the officer has heard it all before!! In order to beat a speeding ticket, you have to do things in a certain way. Being courteous and respectful to others always whether your driving or not. if the officer been following you for a while and he see`s you driving aggressively like Tailgating or cutting other drivers off then get ready to be pulled over and without a doubt you will get a ticket!!but if you been Driving Defensively wearing your seat belt, not talking or texting on your cell phone if you get pulled over their is a good chance that will work in your behalf and lower your chances of you getting a ticket. but if you do get a speeding ticket after all and you feel you was innocent you can go to court and fight it. dont be afraid to go to court it`s your right to a speedy trial, and remember You are not judged unless there is sufficient evidence which is provided by the officer, who is obligated to present the burden of proof, and what you have to do is defend yourself. Try to remember specific facts about what happened before and while you were pulled over. Being vague wont help. Its easier than you think to beat a speeding ticket, the court gives both sides equal opportunity to present their side. you can represent yourself in court, which is what most people do. You have a better chance to beat a speeding ticket if your facts are more credible and relevant to the event than the officers version of events. and if the police officer does not show up in court you can point out the lack of evidence and ask to have your ticket dismissed. also it`s Your right to request for alternative aside from paying the ticket, such as attending traffic schools to keep the ticket from going on your record and raising your car insurance rates!!to Beat a speeding ticket make sure you check out all the options that the law has provided all who are facing charges. is speeding ok? i would say no!! it`s not worth it www.speederstickets.com
