It is very important to link your page to any other famous link. Try and get people link to your site. Once you have submitted your site and got listed, remember to update the contents once in every month until you reach a good ranking.
But always be careful while submitting your site because you can be banned for a small mistake that you make or if you go against the instructions provided. For example, do not ever put any of the key phrases in the comments.
