The UK government has launched an innovative and revolutionary Visa route, Exceptional talent Visa Program for UK under the Tier 1 Visa regulations. This category has been re-instated to encourage migration of outstanding people to the country. Each certifying body has a limit on endorsements with the maximum of 300 approbations as agreed between the different DCBs. The qualification score is at least 75 points out of 100. English proficiency is not mandatory in this class initially. You also do not need to be sponsored by an employer in the UK. You have no limitations to work under this scheme. You could take up employment, or be self-employed. Preferably, you would be expected to create employment – at least for yourself. The initial permission under the Exceptional Talent Visa Tier 1 is granted for 3 years and 4 months. Beyond that, your stay can be extended for another 2 years based on the assessment of your preceding period. You are eligible to apply for the indefinite leave to stay in the UK after 5 years provided: Your application is not opposed by the certification Body, and the endorsement is not revoked. You have been economically active in the field you were granted the entry permission for. You have spent all past five years in the UK under the exceptional Talent Visa of the Tier 1 UK Immigration. You have scored at least 10 marks in the English ability test.
