And the moment we say yes to Christ, here's a slam-dunk work. This is a win-win condition. The moment we say yes to Christ, what goes on? Well, the first thing he does is, he comes into our lives and he places anybody of the Holy Spirit in the depths of our becoming. The Holy Spirit is completely committed to taking self-centered sinners like me and you; he's totally committed to this yes thing. He gives us enable you to say yes to precisely what God says yes to help. That's big. He gives us the ability to say yes to precisely what God says yes to. So there's no way I'm able to ever understand what God says yes to until I know Jesus Christ personally. We've got to say yesâ??yes to God, yes to God's basics, and yes to their priorities. And speaking with priorities, I'm going to turn to Matthew 6: 33. Jesus said, â??Seek primary the kingdom of Goodness, "that's the priorities, right?"... and His righteousness, "that's purity, "and all these things will be added to you," that's that promise. So we've gained the priorities, "Seek primary the kingdom of God. "That's saying without a doubt to Jesus Christ, yes to a deep and dynamic relationship with Him. Then the purity part. This is unbelievable! Once I get Jesus Christ, check that out, I receive your righteousness of Jesus. So when Jesus comes into my entire life, not only does he or she come there, but his righteousness dominates my life. So when God sees me or sees you, he sees the righteousness associated with Jesus. Without Jesus, after my best sermon or even best book or preferred wedding or best funeral or best whatever, I fall miserably in need of the righteousness of Christ. There is no way I will truly, ever, ever be 100% righteous faraway from Jesus. And you won't, either. That's why you can't work your way to heaven. I don't care if you keep your nose thoroughly clean and pay your taxes and throw some money into the offering eating plan when it's passed; or you help the United Way or Habitat for Humanity - good for your needs!
