The first live eviction episode for Big Brother 9 didn't exactly live up to its billing. Contrary to expectations, votes weren't cast live. Apart from that, the show also featured a heavily bleeped footage of the shouting match between Joshuah, Chelsia and Amanda. Joshuah i particular, hurled a timelessly elegant expletive, repeatedly calling Amanda by the C-word. Here are some key points leading up to week two's eviction: Speaking of Amanda, the girl has turned out to be a huge gossip. Whether it's a result of her boredom or constant craving for attention, th other houseguests have come to expect or anticipate he rumor-mongering. It has become all too evident to the rest of them that Amanda make a habit of fabricating lies and speaking ill of people behind their backs. Fed up with this, Chelsia decided to confront her loose-lipped housemate in the backyard. In the midst of her yelling, Joshuah also came out and picked up the cudgels of her verbal onslaught Notwithstanding a slew of C-words among other unflattering remarks from Joshuah,Amanda said later in the episode that they had all made up and that both Chelsia and Joshuah had apologized. In other developments, Jen called Ryan a racist. She told Sheila that she once went out with a black man and Ryan is apparently sick justthinking of it. Sheila, of course, goes around to promptly relay this toRyan, who is expectedly pissed. But, as with Chelsia, Joshuah and Amanda, Jen and Ryan eventually patch things up. In eviction news, Jen and Parker are sent packing by a vote of 3-1. Matt and Natalie were the only voices of dissent who voted against Ryan and Allison. Jen and Ryan engaged in a tearful farewell even as Parker appeared slightly angry and distraught during her exit interview. Finally, Chelsia and James emerged as the new Heads of Household after answering all six opinion-based questions correctly, according to how the rest of the house also responded.
