If you're the sort of person who always seems to be on the move with their job, then finding the right place to call home for that stay can be difficult. You might only be in the city for a few months, and then have to leave again, or you might have an even more flexible contract that could have you moving on at short notice. The price is reasonable enough for most people to be able to stay, and yet it still offers a feeling of exclusivity.
