Because of the sophistication that is attached with the real estate business, it becomes necessary for the brand to also have a symbol or an image that represents its services and products in a more sophisticated and professional manner. However, it is seen that most of the clients don’t receive designs that they’ve asked for and the parties at fault are both. Sometimes it happens that the client is unable to inform the designer about his specific needs; sometimes the designers fail to understand the concepts provided by the client which ultimately results into them delivering a bad design to the client. Therefore, in order to provide the client with a unique and creative real estate logo designs, certain ways have to be adopted by the designers. Those ways are: - Get specific answers from the client: For a design to look exactly like what the client has visualized, it is necessary for the designers to ask as many questions with the client so that the concepts are clear and understandable from the beginning of the design process. The more explanatory the answers given by the client are, the easier it gets for the designer to create the designs accordingly. - Competitor Survey: Even though researching about the competitors logo is the designers’ job but there would be no harm is asking the client as well to do the job. Moreover, the client can have a better idea that which firms are its direct competitors and from whose logos his own logo has to look different. The more designs client comes across, the more his vision will be clear as to what type of design he really wants for his company. With a clear vision, it’d be easy for the client to explain the design to the designer and hence leading to a distinctive design in the market place. - Immediate Feedback is a must: Once the designer provides you with the initial concepts, it is your responsibility then to provide your feedback to the designers so that the design process can proceed further and the design can be finalized. Your feedback should be simple and quite self – explanatory so that the designers don’t find it difficult to give the final touches to your logo and it is delivered to you within the mentioned timeline. - Never forget about the source files: For an effective and ever – lasting real estate logo, it is necessary to retrieve the source files of your logo design from the designer. Source files are highly important in this regard because they’ll help your band in future if you want to resize the logo to be used in different marketing mediums such as brochures or banners or flyers.
