Green tea comes from Chine. It was familiar even before 4000 years. It is regularly used in China, Japan and many other countries of Asia. Some feel that green tea is responsible for the fact that Chinese, Japanese and Korean get sick from various types of cancer lot less. These people regularly drink green tea. Green tea is useful for lowering bad cholesterol. Green tea, because of its caffeine content, it wakes the man up, and returns his energy. In some way it is an energy drink. If you look at the composition of today’s energy drinks, you will surely notice that they contain a high content of caffeine. Green had the same many years ago. Green tea should not be used by those that suffer from insomnia, epilepsy, allergy to caffeine and anemia. How to make green tea Real green tea is unpackaged, and not in filter bags. Although there are certain different green teas, you can say that for 2dl of water use one spoon of green tea. Unlike some other teas, green tea leaves are shortly kept in water, only a couple minutes. So, pour hot water in a cup of 2dl, and then on top place a sifter in which you put 1 spoon of green tea. After 2-3 minutes raise the sifter and the tea is done. Some add lemon and honey to tea, but green tea is enough and tasty all by itself, without any additives.
