There are multiple reasons why Montessori Training System has been recognized and adopted worldwide. Fundamentally the system believes that there are required skills exist in every child in a hidden form. There is only a need to give proper nourishment and exposure so that the skills come out in the most prominent form. This system treats learning and fun as two sides of the same coin and therefore it is difficult to distinguish both of them in the Montessori Training system. However, it is important that the trainers are well-versed with the concepts and they are ready to experiment. Tacking the kids with utmost patience and understanding is the key element that every trainer should always remember. The personalized approach will take every kid towards successful learning. Sensorial material has a great role in this training methodology and in fact it won’t be an exaggeration if it is called the basic building block of the whole structure. It doesn’t matter whether you are teaching alphabets or colors, numbers or shapes everything is based on the colorful tiny pieces of learning material that creates the whole world of creativity and imagination in front of the little eyes! The easy and simple tasks learnt with the help of sensorial material become the foundation of complex mathematical ideas. Incredibly, Montessori Training system does not believe in a structured learning plan and according to it the children should learn the things on the basis of their own cognitive speed. The sensorial material only helps in understanding the ideas in a better way. The age of two to five is one of the most incredible phases in our life. Scientists say that sensorial material never creates new ideas in the tiny minds, but it only gives an order to the random impressions that occupy the whole space. Sensorial and mathematics material was developed by Dr. Montessori in order to provide the solid foundation for later years. For example, the kids of junior classes may not be aware of the geometrical concepts, but he will surely enjoy the material like binomial cubes. Gradually the concepts and understanding of shape and side get established and they become the basis of future knowledge. The other interesting material like numerical rods brings the basic understanding of mathematical concepts, counting and identification of colors. The kids are able to sense the length, size and shape by touching the beads and the rods. The concepts of ‘less than’, ‘greater than’, addition and subtraction and many other things are built in the subconscious minds of the tiny tots without taxing or exerting them. Blocks help in creating the basic sense of objects in the mind of a small kid. They learn how to “make” or “break” the things by placing objects on one another and then removing them, systematically or randomly. The ability to construct bigger objects with the help of small ones is a great achievement in cognitive learning. It displays that the child is able to think in a particular order. shot blasting machine shot blasting hotel equipments food processing machinery Electronic Whiteboard
