The SaaS based ERP is simple and faster. Traditional ERP can outperform SaaS ERP the when it comes to flexibility. The main idea of flexibility is that the ERP system should adapt to the changes which take place in an organization in future and traditional ERP does it better compared to SaaS ERP. The problem with SaaS based ERP arises that it cannot be customized according to the use of the organization and neither can be rewritten. Almost all ERP solutions available in the market are either on premise or SaaS implementations. However there are few solutions which are SaaS only.
