When you have multiple domains for your business than have you ever think of linking all the domains together or is this idea is helpful for SEO or not? Many webmasters have such a question because it is not an uncommon practice to have multiple websites or multiple domain names. Businesses often try to use multiple domain names for increased online exposure and better online presence to increase the number of doorways to boosts their traffic. Linking with unrelated domains: If you are going for linking your website to unrelated domains and if there are no supporting reasons than you might run in problems with Google and other search engines. Than if you do not want to get into problems with the Google, than it is best to make your links as “no follow links”. Google cannot penalize you for linking to website and it is your domain. You are in full control on how to use your domain and on what types of website to link. You will have to however to make your website compatible with the Google algorithm if you want to be ranked well in Google. Before making them as “Do follow links”: The requirement is before linking your website and making them as do follow links, you should ask yourself, why am I doing this and do I have any hidden motives in doing so. By going one step ahead ask yourself that can this be interpreted in any other way? For example, you might have a reason for linking to so many sites, which you own. As far as Google is concerned it does not matter whether the website are owned by a single owner or two. It is only concerned with domains validity. If all the domains are going to be on the same server than it will certainly look very unusual when all the websites are linked to one another.
