Are you sick of those terrible and unpredictable hot flashes that come whenever they want, no matter where you are or what you are doing? I have found that I do not need unnatural synthetic drugs that give me awful side effects. The powerful Essential Oils rid me of the horrible, disrupting hot flashes so I can enjoy a healthy life in my fifties. Those terrible hot flashes keep you awake at night, they interrupt your day and they make life miserable. I have reached the dreaded 50’s and like most women, I have experienced the time in my life where you go through menopause and with the hormonal changes that cause Hot Flashes. While I was struggling with this dilemma I was introduced to essential oils for some other health problems I was experiencing. As I looked into the essential oils, I found a recommended protocol for eliminating hot flashes. I found that I was able to almost completely rid myself of those awful hot flashes. The foundation is a supplement known as Life Long Vitality. It helps increase cellular health, vitality, energy, and enhances nutrient bio-availability. I realized that nutrition had a huge effect on the way I felt. I also discovered that “Balance,” an essential oil blend, of certified pure therapeutic oils helped with balancing my body system to coordinate the electro-magnetic energy that flowed through my body. I placed this on the back of my neck and bottom of my feet. I also used another blend called “Clary Calm” that provides hormone balance during transitional stage of menopause which restores ovarian function, relives symptoms of confusion, depression, hot flashes irregularity, irritability and nervousness. I roll it over my abdomen, inside of forearm and outside ankles each morning and night. I also used another blend called Whisper and Peppermint oil daily behind my neck, which is a natural analgesic and clears the mind. WARNING: DO NOT GO TO YOUR CLOSEST HEALTH FOOD STORE AND PURCHASE THESE OILS. THEY COULD MAKE YOU VERY SICK IF YOU DO. The reason for this is that most so called “pure oils” are not pure. If they are not certified pure therapeutic essential oils, you do not want to ingest them. Also, if they are not certified, they most likely will not have the chemical compounds, natural to the oils, which are maintained when carefully and properly extracted from the plants. The pharmaceutical companies copy these chemical compounds and then make synthetic medicines which our bodies don’t like. That is why they give us side effects. Certified Pure Essential Oils have no side effects and you cannot overdose on them.
