I had high blood pressure and I was able to bring it down over 20 points in less than three weeks. I was using a natural treatment that has no side effects and can be used as much as needed or wanted and I actually only took half the recommended amount. My blood pressure has been high for the last two years and this is the first time it has come down. After spending 26 years in the army, I found myself with high blood pressure. I have always been healthy, active and in good shape. Complements of the United States Army. Unfortunately, genetics seems to play a role in our health. Even though I have eaten healthy and exercised regularly, I still ended up with high blood pressure. Doctors of course have medications to give for it. Although, I have always been apposed to putting chemicals into my body that were not meant to be there or may actually give terrible side effects or cause damage to organs not being treated. A few years ago, my wife started using essential oils. I acted like any man and asked, “what are you spending our money on now?” To me it was just more money going down the drain. I called the oils “snake oil” as a sarcastic way of saying it is a waste of our money and won’t do any good. Since I have used many different health products, I was convinced this was just another product that would make little if any difference. After a couple of months of my sarcasm, I finally succumbed to her trying to get me to use the oils. Like any 53 year old who has had his body and mind stressed through his time in the military or any other challenges in life, many things were starting to break down. I tried the oils on some other issues I was dealing with and found them to be incredibly powerful and the results were immediate. Recently, I decided to take some of her pills that were made from marjoram and basil. Essential Oils have the ability and power to help the body take care of itself. I fixed a combination of Marjoram, which is an arterial vasodilator and Basil, a decongestant of the veins as well as the arteries of the lungs. There are other treatments as well if this one doesn’t fit you. Essential Oils have sometimes hundreds of constituents. In other words, one oil can treat many different things. Even things that are unrelated. The wonderful part about it though is they are not like anti-biotics. If you take the wrong thing, so what, no damage is done. It doesn’t go in and destroy all the good bacteria in your body, it just makes you healthier in some other way. As I have taken the Marjoram and Basil pills, I felt or experienced no side effects, nor irritations of any kind. The book said I should take two pills a day, but I thought I would start with one a day and see if it made a difference. I went to the doctor for some feet issues (complements of the Army) and they took my blood pressure. It was 20 points lower than what I had less than three weeks earlier. Again the essential oils proved their worth to me. Each time I try something new, whether it is for pain, sinus infection, acid reflux or a cold, they never disappoint me.
