A well known investments company in Dubai has released financial figures expressing their consent to continue in playing a major role in the growth of the building production and the industrial sector in the UAE. During the year 2012, the contrivation exports accounted for more than 53 per cent of the country’s exports of merchandise good apart from the oil industry and 22 per cent of the exports were oil exports which are considered relatively higher than before. The UAE manufactured products to be exported showed an increase in revenue from Dh 30.5 billion ($8.3 billion) in the year 2000 to around $59.2 billion in the year 2012. The registered cumulative annual growth from this data was found to be about 18 per cent. The construction venture in the UAE has witnessed an extensive growth thrust during the last few year and therefore, this has become the main focus for the investment schemes in the UAE. They investment groups operate across various sectors in the engineering and processing industries such as aluminium products, glass, food, building and construction materials, pharmaceuticals and other related sectors. A glass formulation company in the UAE, being one of the subsidiaries of a reputed investment company, attracted a massive demand from the market and touched sales of more than $163.35 million in the year 2012. The company provides premium quality glass to the automotive, construction, defence, security and other domestic and international markets. Another devising company which receives investments from the same investment company operates the areas which are responsible for the industrial development in the regional and local markets which include edible oil industry dairy farms, building systems, pharmaceutical industries, polystyrene building crane formation and other technical services. Therefore, putting together domain in the UAE emerge more successful when they receive investment from such industry .
