Timing - Strategies for capturing your customers via convenience We try to capture the customer's gratitude by offering them timing relief. How could this be done you may ask? Well we share our experience below. Customers Have Jobs It's paramount to recognize that customers have jobs and they are not going to come into do dry cleaning on Monday Morning! Toronto Dry Cleaning At Capital A1 Cleaners happens at times that allow customers to either drop off or pick up their dry cleaning in the early hours of the day or the very late hours of the day as well. The truth is that all businesses open up 9-5 and people also have to be at work 9-5. So the rush hour is in the morning or evenings. Do we really want customers taking time off of their jobs to come into do dry cleaning? Extending hours of operation taking into consideration their daily lives will let them know we understand. We care. So they come to depend on our timely convenience for Toronto Dry Cleaning. If you use this for customers in your field, it may just come in handy! This has been our experience. Best Wishes!
