Companies experience various human resource challenges related to most of the HR functions including recruitment, training and development, productivity increase. HR people also face challenges like conflict resolution and worker safety. The way of dealing with HR problems may differ from one company to another according to the Human Resource management or the company policies. However, addressing HR problems is an ongoing process in most of the business organizations. Managing and organizing workers to generate revenues is one of the primary goals of HR management. Managing teams, shifts, and offering motivation factors like bonuses are some activities involve. All these factors have connections with each other. It is very difficult to make changes in one section without affecting others. Therefore, HR people face many problems when dealing with productivity issues.

Another bigger problem that HR people face is with recruitment online and selection. It is very difficult to find the most suitable candidate for a particular job. HR people should attend to job fairs or place advertisements to attract job seekers. It is not easy to develop the interest of candidates to a job offer. They have to offer special benefits and incentives. There is a great competition between companies to recruit skilled people. Hence, HR departments should always fight for skilled employees.

Training and development is another necessity of business organizations. Every organization has its own policies and procedures. Every employee in the organization should be prepared to follow them. The HR department is solely responsible for this function. They have to prepare their training planes and seminars without interrupting to the company productivity or its operations. It is one big challenge that most of the HR people have. They also should be matched with the budget allocated for training and development.

Every person in the organization does not have same education levels, skills, experiences, personal behaviors or attitudes. Therefore, many conflicts can arise between workers, between teams, between workers and the management. HRM of the organization has the responsibility to solve any conflict arose. This is also a bigger problem that most of the HR people have. Retaining an existing employee is better than recruiting and training new one. Therefore, HR people always try to solve conflicts by minimizing the damages that can happen to both companies and the employees.

These are some of the main problems in HR. Finding solutions to each problem is very tricky and time consuming. HR people should work hard to solve issues when arise because the success of the business solely depends on the actions they take.
