This technology uses fast and efficient anaerobic fermentation technology as cassava processing production of high concentration organic wastewater as the raw material to produce gas, and purified compressed gas, compressed bio-gas was prepared, as household fuel and vehicle gas. In 2010, the project was listed as a major science and technology demonstration projects in Nanning. After a year of hard work, company together with China Agricultural University to complete the project design of the overall technology roadmap and key technology development, and related equipment for the installation. Recently, the output of methane waste liquid fermentation has been raised to twenty thousand cubic meters, biological gas can be stable commuting in above of 12000 stere. March 5, 2011 - April 15, the company has a total production of bio-gas 420,000 cubic meters, products are mainly supplied the taxi industry in Nanning. Currently, the city has 60 taxi modified to use biogas purification of natural gas. Experts believe that this project is expected to resolve in 5 to 10 years, Nanning City, the local supply of natural gas. According to the latest inspection report about vehicle exhaust, vehicle use biogas purification biogas emissions of carbon monoxide 20% less than using gasoline less carbon dioxide emissions by 99%. Nanning City, cassava, sugar cane is very large, therefore, there are a large mount of starch companies, wastewater treatment has been quite a headache for business and government. Cassava starch and alcohol have a high concentration organic wastewater effluent, and also a large amount of waste water, to produce 1 ton of starch or alcohol will produce approximately 15 tons wast. These wastewater will cause serious environmental impact for local and downstream water If they do not be effectively deal and directly out emissions, Therefore, in addition to this project as an alternative energy research and development, but also help solve the cassava starch wastewater treatment and alcohol use problems.
