Electronic Point of Sale, Is It Worth The Set-up Costs? Electronic point of sale system (EPOS) is more worthy than the set up costs. This new technology has made business so easy and comfortable that now even a small business firm can do huge business lie that of a big firm. It not only does the work of billing and receipt making rapidly but also does all the transaction of cash and credit cards .It also provides information to the customers about the ongoing movements in the market in a detail manner whole day and night. If all these work has to be done by keeping different persons in a firm the firm has to bear a huge amount on the payment of the salary of those entire people who has been appointed for those different works. But after installing this software once in the firm it reduces the work of many people to a very small limit which is also performed without any error and fast. Thus electronic point of sale has more worth than its set up costs due to its many advantages. Now they can’t even imagine a day’s business without it. Due to its multi functional abilities it has become the choice of all the firms whether it is big or small .It is a software which can do many work accurately and faster like that of billing, making receipt and all the transaction works which would require much more time if it was being done by people. It acts as a electronic cashier which can do any job at a given time accurately. It is used by different firms ranging from restaurants; big business establishment and nowadays even small retail establishment also take the help of this EPOS. Thus with the invention of this software a very special gift has been provided to the marketing and business industry as it has by leap and bounds increase the sales of all the firms which have opted for this system making the marketing world a small one. So a system with so many utilities which is called the electronic point of sale has made the work of every person easier and smoother.
