Now the filling of Samosa is ready keep aside. Methods for preparing the outer part (Chapatti) of Samosa 1.In bowl, take the flour of maida and sieve it. 2.Add carom seeds (ajwain), salt and Ghee in that flour. Mix it with your fingers. 3.Add water and knead it to make soft dough. Methods for preparing the Samosa 1.Make small roll from that dough and make chappatti. 2.Divide the Chapatti in equal part. 3.Make a cone from each part and stuff with Samosa filling 4.Seal the edges by using water. Seal the edges carefully and properly. 5.Deep fry the Samosa in hot oil and cook it till it gets golden brown in color. 6. Serve the hot Samosa with the chutney.
