Do you know that excessive exercise can actually damage your heart? Moderate exercise, as we all know, can benefit us greatly but if we exceed the limit. It will cause us troubles and bring about unwanted results. British researchers has found out in a study of the old athlete's heart health problem that excessive working out will pose threats to the health of heart. They recruited the athletes who was national team or who have once participated in the middle-distance race of the Olympic Games. This group of people have been trained in their adult period. They still insist on training and never smoke. For comparison, scientists also brought together a group of healthy men over the age of 50, the less ensurable runners. Scientists use new type of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (fmri) to identify the early fibrosis phenomenon on myocardial part. If myocardial fibrosis gets serious, it will make the heart tissues harden and thicken, eventually leading to heart failure. Results show that one one is facing the risk of suffering from cardiac fibrosis. But half the lifelong exercise doers are showing signs of myocardial fibrosis. In another similar study, scientists constantly stimulate the healthy young mice and keep them run every day for 3 months in a row. This is equivalent to human running for 10 years. Before training, the heart of the rats is very normal. At the end of the training, scan shows that most of the rats have cardiac injuries and appear diffusion. Another group of mice without training show no change in their heart. Years of high intense endurance training may be bad for the heart. Judging fron its appearance, this gives people who are unwilling to exercise a great excuse for not working out. But there is no doubt that it is beneficial for our heart if we do regular exercises. If you exceed the limit of exercise, strength and endurance, there will be adverse effects. However, we are still unable to predict the limit. Fruta Planta Pill
