The lower facial toning exercise: Place your forefingers between the chin and bottom lips in line with the edges of your lips. Make small outward circles. This facial yoga routine will firm up the skin about the chin region, and fade laugh creases also.

The double chin slap facial exercise: Stick out your jaw and place the backside of one of your hands on the underneath of your chin. Smack up and down with the back of your hand. Move the length of the jaw and chin. You may use both hands for this face yoga exercise. Keep the hand stiff, and slap hard enough to feel a prickly feeling in your lower face, but not hard enough as to be painful. This double chin regimen will help treat saggy facial skin and can minimize or eliminate crumpled turkey neck syndrome.

Each yoga facial exercise should be practiced for no less than one minute per day. More time and frequency is preferable. Don't practice facial aerobics exercises too hard as to cause pain. These facial exercises also thwart, minimize, and get rid of lines in these zones, boost energy and blood flow and will rejuvenate the whole lower face, in addition to the neck. Listed below are some other natural facelift remedies and therapies for double chin:

Working your jaw by chewing sugar-free gum throughout the day helps to tone and keep the jaw and facial muscles moving. This will help prevent excess fat from forming on the chin and jawline.

The nourishing effects of neck firming lotions and creams made with substances like Ginseng, natural oils, and Shea butter can help to tauten saggy jowls and skin below the chin and over the neck regions. Moreover, this will promote a more youthful looking skin and will boost your facial yoga regimens.

Posture is important to get rid of a second chin because the muscles of the chin, jaw, and neck become weak due to improper jaw alignment or slouching. Get in the habit of sitting with your back erect and your shoulders kept back, and your head held up proudly. Walk this way, also. This can help tauten the area beneath the chin after a while and melt away the appearance of a double chin.

Proper diet is important and will enhance the good results of face aerobics exercises. Reduce or steer clear of junk food, booze, coffee, sodas, and smoking. This will lessen chin fat and prevent further buildup. Minor diet changes like consuming more leafy greens and oily fish rich in Omega 3 will make a substantial difference in your double chin minimizing and purging goals.

There are a variety of effective neck and double chin exercises that strengthen a double chin, sagging jowls and turkey neck, organically. Practicing these massage routines for chin lifting and tautening can literally take years off one's looks.
