1. Begin to pay more attention to the spiritual side of life. Where our minds go energy flows and grows. We often bury deep inside what we wish to do in life and this stifles our spiritual growth.
It is about time we are true to our inner self and begin to do what we really want. It begins with a small voice that comes from inside. but as we listen more this still, small, voice from within begins to grow in volume until we hear it clearly. True power comes from spirit. Objects manifest on the spiritual plane before they take form on the material plane.
2. Use a meditation technique. One of the best methods to tune into what is going on inside is with meditation. Meditation cuts down stress, relaxes your mind and body, and cleanses the mind for empowerment.

3. For our spirits to grow we need to use more of spirit while living on the material plane. Do a kind act for a stranger, say a kind word, and watch the surprise on their face.

4. Begin to nurture your mind and body with equal care as you do your spirit. We are here to live in balance and this means taking care of our physical bodies and our minds. This is called the threefold path to empowerment.
5. Begin to burn off bad karma. The best way I know how to do this is to assist someone else that has the same problems you face. This is a sacred metaphysical law not many know.
