You first need to discover who your customer is. Do some searches online in order to find a group of people who have a need. You may find people that are looking for a weight loss product, or you may find a group of people who are looking for a solution to dry skin. Search in forums to discover what people are talking about; pay special attention to what problems that they are discussing. You can also look to see what keywords people are searching for online. This will tell you what topics they are interested in, or what products they are looking to purchase. Once you find a group of people and have identified a need or a problem for that group of people, the next step is provide an answer or product to service those people.

Creating A Happy Customer Focus on meeting the needs of your customer and not on taking their money. Yeah, I know, most people have this mindset that working for a living is all about the money. The real secret to online riches is creating happy customers. Happy customers pay you again and again. Happy customers also talk about the great business that has made them so happy to other soon to be customers. Word of mouth is the very best advertisement; especially, if that word is a glowing endorsement of your services or product. The best way to ensure that your customer is happy is to give them more than they expected to receive. Give them a bonus, or an additional amount of the product, or a free service. They should receive real value, over and above what they paid for. This will build a strong relationship and trust with this customer who will now be very comfortable with spending their hard earned money with you.
