HC coating Network News: Abstract: The self-made acrylic emulsion spray-drying the obtained preparation of dispersible polymer powder with excellent performance water-based putty. Discussed the amount of dispersible polymer powders, cement consumption, the amount of cellulose ether on the putty adhesive strength, water resistance and performance of construction, etc., to determine the best dosage. The results show that: redispersible powder was 3% to 4% cement content 25% ~ 30%, cellulose ether was 0.4% ~ 0.6%, the preparation of putty adhesive strength, good resistance to water and construction easily meet the requirement of engineering application. Meanwhile, water-resistant putty system mechanism was discussed.

0. INTRODUCTION Of dispersible polymer powders are polymer emulsions by spray drying or other means to get the powder, it is by mixing with water again after the formation of stable the same nature and the original emulsion polymer latex [1]. Of dispersible polymer powders and other dry mortar and cement mix, can improve the strength of mortar, adhesive properties, water and other properties [2-3]. Dispersible polymer powders can be the biggest advantage is the form of dry powder, transport, easy to use, with cement, sand powder was mixed into the various functions of prefabricated products, when used at the construction site can join. In addition, they can disperse polymer powders and polymer emulsion and paste, there are no cold or the risk of microbial contamination, packaging and handling of the packing containers are also very simple. Putty is an essential building construction materials, mainly used for external primary role is to deal with leveling. Building currently on the market are mainly three categories of products putty: putty powder (cement, can be re-distributed powder, water-soluble adhesive polymer powder as binder), two-component putty (in polymer emulsions cement as binder), paste putty (in polymer emulsion as binder). The existence of traditional putty adhesive strength is low, and poor water defects, and the construction of the required two-component site preparation, the quality is not to control. Therefore, the urgent development of high bond strength, good resistance to water, construction putty powder with excellent performance to meet the engineering needs. In this paper, self-made acrylic polymer emulsion was prepared by spray drying acrylic latex powder won. Prepared in conjunction with other inorganic materials with high bond strength, good water resistance, excellent construction performance putty, putty in the works to meet the application requirements.
1. Experimental section 1.1 of dispersible polymer powders
