In a very busy day it is good to have good food in the table without much hassle needed in the preparation. It will not be too hard to do that if you have sauce in your kitchen. Sauce makes simple food becomes delicious. It is true that it is hassle free, less expenses and less effort needed. One of the sauces that may comfort you from having trouble in food preparation is the shrimp butter cream sauce. They say it is good to be mixed with pasta or toppings for fish, shrimp, and shellfish.

This sauce helps the simple food we prepare to have an extraordinary tastes, looks and smell. The word sauce itself tells us that it makes the food more appetizing for us to enjoy. It comes from the French word. As we recall it, Louisiana’s cuisines were influenced by the French settlers. It is too obvious that they can really provide great taste food because they have proven that with all of their recipes left in Louisiana. These are indeed unmatched.

Right now, it is just right to learn from them and try it by ourselves their recipes. However, you can buy shrimp butter cream sauce directly online or in a shop if you want to enjoy the good taste of it instantly. Well, for us to get started let us gather the ingredients that make this sauce. The first and most important ingredient you should have is the shrimp, vegetables (Some use eggplants, peas or mushrooms.), spices, herbs, natural flavors, flour and water. Their quantity varies to the number of servings you want to serve. That is why, it is advisable you check first of how many people will come into your house.

Once you are done gathering the recipe you should by then prepare the cooking equipments needed - the saucepan which is need for heating the ingredients and the ladle for stirring. Heat the butter in the saucepan. Then add the spices and wait until it turns transparent. Afterwards, add all the dry ingredients. Cook it or wait until it leaves crust on the bottom of the pan. You can then add the shrimp and simmer it for few minutes. Add the flour to thicken and wait until it becomes light roux. Then add the heavy cream and water before you return to simmer. The last thing you will do is add the garlic and cheese after you remove it from the heat.

This food nutrition’s facts per recipe are 16.13g of protein, potassium of 714 mg, sodium of 673 mg, cholesterol of 140 mg and 436 of calories. It is good to have more calories because our body needs calories to function properly. The proteins used to build new muscle and in case it excess it will be stored for later use. We can also expect that our cells, tissues and organs will function well if we have shrimp butter cream sauce in our food because of the potassium we get. The potassium is an electrolyte together with the sodium and other minerals.

Therefore, learning to prepare and cook this helpful sauce ensures to keep us healthy at the same time give us the easiest way to prepare tasty food for our visitors instantly despite of our busy schedules.
