PART I3. THE OPERATIONS OF THE DEMONS DURING COURTSHIP. DEMONS: There are many schools of thought about who demons are. This is because they try to hide their identity from us as to oppress and keep us in perpetual bondage. Demons are not fallen angels from heaven that seek to dwell in people’s bodies. The scripture in 2Corinthians 5:1-3 states For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven: If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked. 2 Corinthians 5:1-3KJV Here, the word translated “Naked” means “Disembodied spirit” that is a spirit that does not have a body. Man has a tripartite nature, his spirit, soul and both are encased in a body just like the Holy of Holies, the Holy place being encased and surrounded by the Outer court of the Tabernacle of Moses. The diagram above gives us a picture of what is about to be revealed to us. When a man dies, his body is dissolved in the earth because it is returned to the dust .His spirit returns to God Who made it specifically to receive Christ and then to indwell the Holy Spirit. Our soul is our real personality. While we are still living, the Lord wants to ride on and become the Shepherd and Guardian of our souls so that our spirit can attract our souls to heaven when we die. Then if we allow the devil to possess our souls, when we die, we shall become wandering souls here on earth waiting for judgment. Therefore this disembodied spirit is our soul and not our spirit because immediately the body is dissolved the spirit must return to God who gave it. Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. Ecclesiastes 12:7kJV God instructed Adam in Genesis 2:17 thus: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. Genesis 2:17KJV. Adam and Eve however continued and lived on for hundreds of years after they ate the forbidden fruit. This indicates that the death God foretold was not physical but that which touches the soul and the spirit. What really then is death we may ask. According to scientific definition, death is “the cessation of communication with the environment.” Death of the spirit is the cessation of man’s spirit from communication with God; while the death of the body is the cutting off of communication between the spirit and the body, and the body and the world on the other hand. An unbeliever is one whose spirit within him is dead towards God that is there is no communication between him and God because his spirit has lost its sensitivity towards God. Adam’s spirit died when he disobeyed God. This death which began in the spirit gradually spread to the body. Adam and Eve’s body could have been transformed to a glorified form if they had not sinned but rather returned to the dust. The soul of a Spirit filled believer, who had been working consistently with God, is married to his spirit in a godly relationship. When such a one dies his soul rejoices haven seen the beauty of heaven as the spirit hooks with it on a swift flight to heaven while the body is returned to the earth. The believer’s soul goes to the third heaven; and is described as one who is ‘asleep in Jesus.’ The case of the unbeliever is different. He is neither born again nor is spirit- filled therefore he cannot see the kingdom of God. He may play church as he goes and spends his lifetime in the church as a mere member of the Catholic Church, or a Protestant [Anglican, Methodist, Presbyterian, Baptist] or a Pentecostal but remains a chronic unbeliever. Jesus Christ declared that He is not a Catholic, a Protestant, a Pentecostal or a member of any denomination but the Son of God and the risen Christ. He said that He never set up any denomination but prayed to the Father to unite us in one love and in one spirit. He said that a denomination is coined from the word ‘denominator’ which is a division. The scripture stated that a house that is divided against itself cannot stand; as such those who fellowship in a denomination should realize that they are not aided by the Lord to stand. As they remain there they have acquired a mark written on their foreheads: ‘THIS ONE CANNOT STAND.’ This is a serious matter and should not be taken lightly. In our subsequent articles the details and proofs on these topics shall be given as was received from the Lord. Therefore beloved, we need to understand who an unbeliever is in the light of God’s Word. To escape from this spiritual position, we must first of all be born again to see the kingdom of God then secondly, we must enter into the kingdom to meet with the Lord and hear directly from Him. On the contrary if a man remains as an unbeliever until he dies. His spirit will return to God but his soul which is always having that earthly, carnal, and worldly relationship with his body shall finally get hook to the body. Please let us take note of this so as to start now to determine where we are heading to after this life. When an unbeliever‘s body is dissolved through death, his soul which was married to his body goes down to the earth. This explains the mystery behind a ghost and the ancestral spirits still wandering within our earth system. These souls are said to be ‘Demons’ sometimes called ‘wandering spirits or familiar spirits’ as they exist here with us waiting for the ‘Day of Judgment.’ The scripture in Hebrews 9:27 states: And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: Hebrews 9:27KJV The fallen angels are different because they do not have physical bodies. God spoke them into existence as such they have spiritual bodies. The wandering soul that wants a body to live in and manifest his mind, desire, will, and emotions is the soul that had lost his body through death and desire strongly to reincarnate itself inside another human being to live again and to have again those worldly pleasures of sin in the flesh. These demons are our forefathers or ancestors who never believed in Christ Jesus until they died. The scripture calls them familiar spirits. They often return to their families and look out for an unprotected pregnant woman in the family who has not received Jesus Christ as her personal savior and goes and get settled in the soul of her baby in the womb. He launches his attack by distorting the normal functioning of the DNA cells at the formative stages of the child in the womb as it introduces all forms of its identification marks on the child in most cases. As the baby is born those marks become proves to the fact that the ancestor had returned. The elderly ones in the family in most cases announce the return of that ancestor and accord him a customary ceremonial welcome. Some pour libations in honor of these ancestral spirits and make covenants with them for provision, protections and bind their entire families from generation to generation to the care of these demons. Beloved these are all demonic activities within families. A man who is a maniac, a homosexual, a gay, a drunkard, a rapist, a whoremonger, doper and a woman who is a lesbian or a harlot and indulges in any of this sinful practices that is either self induced or a direct demonical induction obtain their drives from these demons. Smokers and other indecent behaviors or habits targeted to corrupt and pollute the body are all engineered by these demons. The major problem is that we hire our bodies out to these demons to use for their sinful pleasure and to satisfy their lusts. We can also by the enabling power of Christ Jesus living in us, fire them and get released from their grip in Jesus name. As a matter of urgency those who practice necking, petting, fondling, and caressing during or outside courtship are heavily demonized and require deliverance. Their practices do not in any way show marks of true love but the evil activities of the wicked demonic spirits. In the next articles we will uncover the ways to deal with these demons.
