In today’s world economy especially in UK pharmaceutical industry is a fast growing division of medical jobs. This industry work with the sole aim of helping people cures their diseases. Even though it is considered as an old industry; the arrival of new organizations made the competition tight. Every phase of this industry is subject to legal issues and it is very much open to criticisms. Lots of people are attracted to the low income benefit provided by this industry. The major duties of this industries covered by researches, production of products and sales. Lots of money and time is invested for doing researches. The scientists and chemists cover the research division. A lot of time is spend on the development of new drugs. The study is conducted on how the newly developed drugs is absorbed and accepted by the body. Initially clinical trials are conducted by the researches on animals. If the report comes out as positive then the drug is directly tried on a healthy human body and then on the patients body. If the medicines produces any side effects, then required modifications are made. The theoretical description about the purpose of drug and the trial should be made after the practical formalities are over. The developed drug should get the license from the medical organization before distributing it to hospitals for treatment. The machines and other requirements needed for mass requirement is arranged by the engineers and mechanics after the license is approved for selling the drug. The capable workers of the organization carry out the production process. The distribution, sales, and marketing is considered as the final stage and this is carried outside the plant. In early day’s sales and marketing persons considered the doctors as their main target. And the sales representatives were considered as a connection between the doctors and medicines. They worked with the full focus on the products sales without considering much about the patient’s demand. But now with the tight competition in the field, the whole scenario has changed. The focus on product has been shifted to the client through the market. A new idea of customer relationship management arrived with this customer concentric sales. The sales representative are provided with relationship training along with product knowledge, with the arrival of CRM. This gives the customer the opportunity for knowing more about the drugs used and gradually this made an increase in flow of income to this industry. Recently many drug organizations have come up with a new idea of drug coupon. The customer can save money spend on medicines using these coupons. The client can get the coupon from the doctors or drug dealers. All these developments paved the way for high job openings in this industry particularly in marketing section. Now a day many pharma recruiting agencies are available in different parts of the world. The large and small drug companies carry out pharma recruitment through these agencies. The applicant’s educational qualification and experiences are taken into consideration at the time of recruitment. As year go by millions of people are benefited from the drug solutions made for curing diseases.
