Anger management is not as tricky as it may seem; you do not have to spend a fortune on therapy or depend on medication to be able to handle your temper. There are natural and less expensive means to deal with anger. Physical and mental exercise coupled with the right tools will go a long way towards stabilizing your physical, mental and emotional health.
