However this cannot be done by normal hanging as the weight of the gown might be an issue. Also, try to be picky with your dry cleaner where you are supposed to get your dress cleaned up. Select only experienced cleaners who know how delicate a wedding outfit can be. When it comes for storage of your dress, first check for any defects in beadwork if any creases or rips and corrects them before storing them. After dry cleaning, keep it outside in a safe place for at least two days before storing so that it becomes free from any chemicals. Try to avoid plastic bags to store them because they might release chemicals over time and even give a yellow tinge to your outfit. Instead use some acid-free bag or so available in market and fold your dress carefully in it.
