Every amateur and professional event photographer knows how stressful a event day is. A event consists of thus many mobile parts which one slip up might mean catastrophe for a Bride and Groom which have been looking forward to their day because announcing their involvement. One obstacle which every event photographer faces at almost every event is the feared family formal pictures. Immediately pursuing the wedding many clients' request for family pictures to be studied at the ceremony site. For a photographer involves gathering everyone attending the ceremony and taking their pictures with all the newlyweds inside each combination possible. Depending about the size of the wedding celebration and due to the photographers' strangeness with each parties' neighbors and family members this usually serves as a challenge. One tool I usually use prior to a event day is to have my customers prepare a "Family Shot List." This list (which I have laid away below) shows several combinations for which to photograph the bride and prepare with their respective family members. ONE PIECE OF ADVISE: Ideally, try to designate the task of "gathering the troops" to your ceremony coordinator or someone who's familiar with all the subscribers of family.
