Making Money Online with Clickbank and Twitter It is really simple to start making money online. You really don't need a website or have to learn any html codes. All you need is a Clickbank account and a twitter account. Here are the steps to get you started making money online. First you need a Twitter account. It is easy to set up. All you need is your full name and an email account. Check your email for the activation link. Then you are all set to start setting up your profile. Grab a photo that has you smiling and decent looking. You don't have to look professional but you don’t want to look like a slob either. Then you want to say something in your description for your profile page. When you pick a niche, make a list of keywords that will attract people in that niche. Then you put a description in your profile with the keywords from your list. Make the description sound like a sentence that a human would like to read instead of just spamming keywords. That is not proper and will get you banned. Now you are ready to set up your Clickbank account. You will see the sign up button at the top of the page so click on that and fill out the form. Agree to the terms of service and then check your email to activate your account. Now you are ready to find some products for your niche customers. You click on marketplace tab and then click on the category that closely matches your niche in the left hand column of the next page. You can search by popularity or gravity by clicking on the drop down menu under the search box. Gravity is the number of affiliates (that is you), that have sold the product and got a commission in the past week. You don't want the gravity to be too large as that would be too much competition. You do want the gravity to be at least 20 though so you know at least this product sells. After you pick a few products to sell you click on the promote button to get your hop link. The top link is the one you will use so copy that and keep it on a notepad on your desktop to get to later. It is also important to get the title from the promotional page of each product so you know which link goes to what product. So now you have your Clickbank and twitter account. Now what? Ok, now you go back to Twitter and up in the search box you put a hash tag symbol (#) and then your keyword and click search. You will bring all the conversations at this moment that are talking about your keyword. For example if you picked health and fitness in Clickbank for your category and your keyword is wrinkle cream, then you will have brought up all the ladies who are talking about wrinkle cream. You are also seeing that they can't seem to find one that works or is too greasy for example. What does this mean for you? Well, you just happen to have the right product for them. (The product you had picked up from Clickbank. Remember?) You simply reply to them or private message them and tell them simply that you understand their problem. You had the same thing happen or your mother used to have that problem until they tried such and such. (The such and such is where you will put your hop link.) You are just being helpful and they will appreciate it. Now, it's important that I mention a few things here. You don’t want to just copy and paste the hop link and send it out like that. You will want to disguise your link and also shorten it so your 'customers' won't suspect you are trying to sell them something. So you go to tinyurl.com and put in that long hop link and it will shorten the link for you. Copy the shortened link and then paste that into the reply in Twitter. Also, I make it a practice to try out the products myself before I promote them. You want to make sure they work because you don't want to be labeled a cheat and a liar. You want to keep your integrity in tact. You also don't want people to spread the word not to buy from you. So always check on the product before you promote. If you cannot afford to purchase the product, then you can go into health and fitness forums and ask people about that product. Just see who has purchased it before and if it worked.
