When started entering the business circle, I often heard that a person who wanted to climb to the peak had to make many sacrifices, however, in fact I understood they didn’t pay for success when I knew them. The reason why they work hard is because they truly love their jobs. People who want to climb up in any sector will completely pay their much attention to their jobs. Since they are fond of their jobs, they become successful naturally. Loving our jobs is a kind of belief, with which we are able to chip a hopeless mountain to make a hopeful rock. A great painter said well, “Our suffering will eventually pass away, but the beauty will remain forever.” But it is obvious that some people are not clever enough. They are so ambitious and picky about jobs that they look for perfect hirers or jobs all the time. In fact, bosses in need of employees, who work on time, honest and hard-working. So a boss would give chances of salary raise and promotion to those employees who are willing to spend more time in doing jobs. Why? Because he is engaged running business instead of charity and he needs more valuable people. Working is a kind of attitude, and it determines whether we are happy or not. For example, there are three stonecutters making stone sculptures. If you ask them, “What are you doing?” Maybe one of them will say, “You see it, I am hewning stones, and I can go home once I finish doing it.” In his eyes, job is a punishment, and they would often complain that they were very tired. Maybe another one would say, “You see it, I am making sculptures. Though it is laborious, the payment I very high. After all I have to support my wife and four children.” For him, job is a burden, and he often had to bear the burden of supporting his whole family all the time. Maybe the third one would put down the hammer, felt proud to point at the sculpture and said, “You see it, I am making a craft.” For him, working is a kind of happiness and he would often say that his job is very meaningful. If you are really interested in jobs, whether they are large or small, you will feel happy. Whether the goal you establish for yourself is high or low, you will be ready to accept challenges all the time. Finally, you can get more information about stones from stonebtb.
