The same basic theory applies to most laminate floors, in that constant light cleaning is far more preferable than occasional heavy scrubbing. Routine cleaning can be done with nothing more than a dry mop to sweep up dirt and debris. Try to clean up spills as soon as they occur rather than letting them dry in place. If you find stains that have been allowed to dry, you can find commercial cleaners that have been specifically designed for use on laminate flooring. Be very careful in your choice as there are a number of cleaners that can cause significant damage to your floor's finish. If in doubt test the cleaner you buy on a small out of sight area first. Alternatively, you can use a mix of vinegar and water as long as you keep the solution relatively weak. The most important thing to remember regarding caring for your laminate and marble floors is that you need to stay on top of keeping them as clean as possible. Regular light cleaning is far preferable and will keep your floors looking their best.
