Observing the writing obligations of everyone and the unanimous tagging of a subset of the universal set as writers, one can't just help asking this question, 'who is a writer'. This is definitely going to be a hard nut to crack for many. I was once a victim of this confusion many years ago before I came to the realization of some facts. I know I am not mincing words attaching this common misconception with our wrong use of words. Experience has thought me that anyone who writes (whether writes lecture notes or any other similar thing) is good enough to be called a writer. Therefore, I make bold to telling you that a writer is anyone who writes- put something on paper with ink. Simple! What do we then call those who write articles or essays on newspapers, magazines, on-line etc? This could probably be the next imposing question in your mind. However, I would suggest you find out yourself the way I did several years ago. Just read within the lines! Most people have always craved to having their names written against articles on national dailies, magazines, on-line etc. They dream to seeing their works referenced by people. The thoughts of the joy of sending their published works to well-wishers have taken them over. Then, I say they love to experience the same feelings with a published writer. Their dreams, unfortunately, may remain a wish if they refuse to learning from others. I have learnt in life that most things we always desire are difficult to attain. However, some things we daily dream of are of close distance to us like our hairs. Enormous opportunities often lie at the finger tips of many desirous published writers, if only they can see. The print media will always afford dedicated writers countless opportunities. What they only need do is: pick up a newspaper, open to the opinion or viewers page, get the editor's e-mail or contact, and then send in articles. It's so easy! Do well in following the editorial guidelines and sending quality articles. Beware; sending your articles doesn't guarantee them being published. Not only the print media offer this vast opportunity, the internet also stands to floor the print media with the endless opportunities it throws at writers. Immeasurable great things can be done through the internet. The first and most important thing for any writer is an internet access. So, you had better get it if you don't have it. The second thing is that you need to knowing some websites and article directories that are interested in making any writer a published one. For instance, this revealing article is widely made available to readers under the auspices of EzineArticles, my favorite article directory. You only need to log on to its website and sign up to enjoying this great privilege. You will be pitched to the world free of charge. Isn't this amazing? The internet would not be adequately explored if you don't have a blog. A blog is a publishing service offered by a company on-line to interested people who want to connect themselves to the world. It is just like a personal website hosted for you by a company- blogging company- free of charge. The contents, layout, setting are based on owners' discretion. Interestingly, owners can even make money with it through Google AdSense, affiliate links and lots more. What you have to do is: develop an area of interest which will be your focus, get a name for your blog, and then sign up with any blogging company you wish. Very easy! The most interesting thing about being a published writer is that anyone can become it. Writing profession always affords one the opportunity of learning on the job. Therefore, we can all become published writers if we so desire. My honest advice is just that we draw out reasonable writing schedules. We need to know what we want to do and the amount of time we are willing to give. Before I wish you all the best in your pursuit, I will like to notify you that every publisher is interested in simplicity. No one will accept to publishing difficult-to-understand write-ups. Be mindful! term paper services
