It’s prime responsibility of facility executives to implement variety of scheduled task throughout the year. Maintaining the condition of the roof isn’t an easy cup of cake. In their presence they act as a primary agent to bring further disturbances like blockage of drains, leakage, etc. B)Cutting off those tree limbs which could possibly break down and cause serious harm to roof. Tree limbs are heavy and if they fall on the roof, they quite often create a serious damage to the property including the major portion of roof. C)In case of development of traffic patterns, membrane manufacturer are conferred in order to defend roof system. This notification has to be sent in time so they could send personnel from membrane manufacturing company and then he/she could identify the real cause along with remedial measures. D)Inspection of roof membrane in case of physical harm caused by any of the above mentioned items. If membrane manufacturers’ warranty covers the roof system, notification is send; instruction and recommendation are received, permanent repair is carried out. This is one of the major activities that are carried out in this entire framework. It includes various parties in the process of inspection and ratification. Because of this, it is dealt with serious consciousness. E)Reliability of any surface coating item is monitored. Re-coating is carried out during the roof system’s life. The prime factor responsible for re-coating includes stagnant water, slanting degree of roof and ultimately the superiority of coating. Since re-coating is so closely associated with roof systems’ maintenance, it also might be included under systems’ warranty. In addition, facility executives should be responsible for re-coating.
