Team building process is lots of fun, as well as it can also be the primary key for strengthening the team. The Leadership Training can be the good icebreaking process for the starting of a meeting or it can be the process of building stronger relation with the known members. Some involvement in teamwork and bring the result in stronger relationship among the people of same group. There are numerous variations in team building activities. Here this is represented in three normal categories and the categories can be explained in team building game. The categories are, Beginning: highlight in the name identification Middle: highlight on getting fun and all together End: highlight on enlarging the team, feeling others weakness and strengths. Beginning: These team building games would routine wisely be applied at the first meeting, when the members are starting for the meeting? With the little contact these will help to lose people up and remember names. Slowly they feel more comfortable with the other Team Building Game . Name of few games those can be applied on the beginning stage, Passing the cap Objectives: eye contact and having fun. Whose shoe? Objectives: introductions Blindfolded animals Objective: portioning into groups Action intros Objective: learning by names Concentric circles Objective: get to learn one another Round it buddy Objective: memorizing name Middle These team building exercises are for making the people more comfortable with one another. In this section people will become busier to looking at the others task. Remember one thing that is conscious with reaction of the participants. One more thing is that the reactions will depend on the time of the meeting. Blindfold birthdays Objective: verbal communication Two truths and one lie Objective: help to know one another Count off Objective: speechless communication Triangle making Objective: brainteaser Floor designs Objectives: improve communication skill and fun making End Close to the ending of the Leadership Training and due to the spending lot of time all together these team building exercises are an exciting wrap up. Few are physical and needed huge of trust among the group. Be sure about all the participants that they are interested or not to the activity before applying Team Building Exercises .
