Most of the action sequences and stunts in the cinema are the karate moves and kicks. The body of the individual learning karate becomes very flexible. He can twist or turn it in accordance to his wish. There is no doubt in the fact that martial arts strengthen bones and muscles. It also increases your endurance power.
