New Delhi, capital of India, is the second most populous cities of the country. Delhi is surrounded by stateslike Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. Delhi is the home to the Government of India. It was designed by a British architect, Edwin Lutyens.Delhi is a perfect combination of culture, tradition, power and politics. Situated on the banks of River Yamuna, Delhi showcases diverse culture and tradition.

Delhi has two parts such as Old Delhi and New Delhi. Old Delhi reminds us of the Mughals while New Delhi has modern amenities like malls, hotels and pubs. Delhi has got a rich cultural and historical significance as it was under the rule of several rulers and dynasties. Delhi offers several tourist places like Red Fort, India Gate, QutubMinar, JantarMantar, Akshardham Temple, Lotus Temple, Parliament House and Raj Ghat. For shopping, Delhi has a lot options like Sarojini Nagar Market, Lajpat Nagar Market, Janpath, and Karol Bagh. DilliHaat is an important place to visit in Delhi. Metro rail in Delhi is a popular way of transport other than local trains and Delhi Transport Buses.

Ghaziabad, situated in the western part of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, was founded by emperor Ghazi-ud-din in the year 1704 and was named after the emperor. Located on the banks of the Hindon River, Ghaziabad is known as the gateway to Uttar Pradesh. Ghaziabad played an important role in India’s struggle for independence as this city was the site for the 1857Mutiny. Ghaziabad is now considered as one among the most dynamic industrial cities in the country because of its proximity to the national capital region. The best time to visit Ghaziabad is from October to March. Apart from several scenic destinations, Ghaziabad also offers many outdoor activities. The proximity to several flowing rivers has also triggered many adventure water sports at Ghaziabad. Several shrines like the ChandiMandir, Sabli Shiva Mandir, DudheshwarNathMandir and Jama Masjid are also popular tourist destinations.

Delhican be reached easily by railand by road form Ghaziabad which is affordable too. There is no airport at Ghaziabad. There are frequent trains connect Ghaziabadto DelhiRailway Station. Haridwar Mail, DehradunExpress, Bareilly Express and Nmh Kota Expressconnect Ghaziabad to Delhi. It takes around 40-50 minutes to reach Delhi.Taxis charge Rs. 500/- to Rs. 700/- to reach Delhi from Ghaziabad for AC vehicle. Frequent buses are also available which are also affordable as well as convenient.If you have your own vehicle it takes approximately 30 minutes to cover 27 km from Ghaziabadto Delhidepending upon the vehicle.Ghaziabad offers several hotels which are under the categories of budget hotels and medium range hotels.
