And, the toxic fumes from your stools can cross your colon walls and flow into your body to degrade your tissue. Constipation is not always thought as a problem, unless you are not releasing your stools for three to five days. Some people can go for seven day and even 30 days. Your body has a set time for processing your food from your mouth to the time the residue comes out. This time various for people and can be 18 to 27 hours. Like most diseases, constipation revolves around what you eat. Everything you eat determines how your body works. If you eat food that was never intended to be eaten, junk food, then you will create illness. Most people don’t know the first thing about good nutrition. And, the ones that do are addicted to food eating that creates disease. So what does it take to stop constipation? What does it take stop the multitude of illnesses you might get? It’s all about eating the right foods. It’s about choosing natural foods that your body can digest and expel in a natural cycle or time. Start choosing whole foods and vegetable which don’t have a lot of cooking. It’s ok to eat meat and carbohydrates, but do it with vegetable that have fiber that can move your fecal matter through your colon in a reasonable time.
